Auditions are now opened to all instruments including:

WOODWINDS Flute, Ottavino, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon

BRASSES Trumpet,  Horns, Trombone, Bass tuba

PERCUSSIONS Timpani, Percussions

WYO ACTIVITY 2024

March/April 2024 – Tour in Vietnam

Soloists to be confirmed

Music by Puccini, Tchaikovsky, and Vietnamese composers

ELIGIBILITY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Candidates must be between 18 to 28 years old.

Candidates of any nationality from around the world are welcome, and they must hold a valid passport to apply for any necessary visas.

WYO covers travel expenses and provides full-board accommodation.

A small scholarship is provided.

HOW TO APPLY

All candidates are required to fill in the application form below and to upload:

1. detailed Music Resume / CV

2. reference letter from your current Professor

3. video recording featuring two contrasting pieces.

Pieces can be with or without piano accompaniment

One piece must be the first movement of a concerto without a cadenza

Timpani and percussions shall prepare two orchestral excerpts of different style.

Deadline for filling the application form is December 31st, 2023. 

Responses will be sent by February 15th, 2024.
